Calibration of cylindrical gears made of forged steel
for automatic transmission cars. The trapezoidal section
is calibrated on a hydraulic press using a mould made of
hardened tool steel. The workpiece is sprayed by 6
nozzles of
Lubrimat®. This has meant a considerable
reduction in oil consumption and processing time. |
